Join us at Sutton Village Hall, Suffolk for our 2023 Easter Meet at our new venue of Sutton Memorial Hall, Sutton, Suffolk from Thursday 6th April to Tuesday 11th April 2023.
We have a full Easter programme planned with hot cross buns, an Easter Egg hunt for the children, an Easter Bonnet competition, Decorated Egg competition and our Easter Party on Sunday evening. ‘Monkie’s Wedding’ will be playing live music for us on Saturday evening
There is a children’s play area on site and buses run from just outside the site.
The Plough public house is a short distance from site and serves locally sourced home cooked food daily with lunchtime specials and retro menu plus Sunday roasts. The historic port and market town of Woodbridge, on the banks of the river Deben, is just 5 miles away. Close by is Sutton Hoo, an Anglo-Saxon burial ground providing one of the richest sources of archaeological evidence for this period of the English history and Orford Castle is about 15 miles from the site. The coastal town of Aldeburgh is just 20 miles away and is home to Benjamin Britten’s house, a 19th Century Martello Tower and the Aldeburgh Beach Lookout and Art House.
There are many more attractions too numerous to mention here that are close by so you will be spoilt for choice for sightseeing.
