Exit at J29 onto A127 Southend bnd. Exit at A176 junc for Basildon/Billericay. At rdbt tk 3rd exit onto South Wash Rd. At the 2nd mini rdbt tn L o to Barleylands Rd. Barleylands is situated 1m down on the r/hand side.

Exit at J16 onto B1007 twds Billericay. Drive thru Billericay High St & cont over the rdbt onto Laindon Rd. At the rdbt tk 3rd exit onto Noak Hill Rd & then take 1st L onto Church St. At end of the road tn R onto Southend Rd & tn R again into Barleylands Road. Site is sit 1/2m down on the left hand side.
